Where is this "sunshine" of which you speak? The self-proclaimed "sunshine state" has been under a pall of clouds for well over a week. Rainy and windy too. When the forecast calls for rain, as it did last night, they don't mess around in Florida: "1 to 3 inches overnight." Everything is now very damp, the humidity is high, the wind is whipping around -- finally some "real wind," with gusts up to 35mph / 55kph.
The "greyness" is weighing on me, as is a temporary "financial squeeze" (should be better by mid-January), and Doll-a-Day burnout. I'm just tryin' to get thru ADAD at this point; not even pretending that I care, but not quite willing to give it up this late in the game.

But... okay... how 'bout we drown our sorrows down at the pub?

The holiday season is getting underway at Club Mapa Tasi!

These pix are for a "participation challenge" on one of the action figure forums:
Come one! Come all! To the Holiday Pub Crawl!
From now until the New Year, show us YOUR dolls or action figures getting in to the holiday spirit, with or without spirits, in your miniature pubs, taverns, bars, restaurants, kitchens, living rooms... or just a single figure raising a glass -- soda, spirits, cocoa, milk, sparkling water, or other beverage of choice -- to toast the holiday season.
Seasonal decor encouraged but optional. We want to make the rounds to everybody's place this season, so don't be a Scrooge! Spice up the cider, stoke up the Yule log, and join in the festivities!
