Well, insect migration study is very much a Thing. I didn't even know some dragonflies do until recently. It would've been fun to put a tag on the gorgeous green darner I had in the garden a couple of summers ago. It looked freshly hatched and was quite spectacular. I'd love to know where it ended up.

Still seems weird to me that they make transponders for insects and that the signals can be picked up by something like this.
