I've never heard of either of these 2 characters.  Or "Me TV" either.  Clearly I don't watch horror film hosts.

Going back to an earlier discussion...

in the past year or so, grocery prices are not "up two percent" or "up five percent" as the media report, they have increased 50% to 100%.

This came to mind again while I was working on year-end ex$pense statistics this evening.  In 2023 I spent 29% more on groceries!!  WTAF!!!! 
TWENTY-NINE effing percent!!!  In previous years despite all the commentary about rising prices, I managed something like 5%ish increases.  Maybe because the increases have, er, increased, beyond mostly meat that I don't buy, and really hit produce, dairy, and everything else.
I stock up on sale, I have a points/$-off card, I don't splurge a lot.  I grew half a freezer full of produce.  And I didn't have to buy 4 months of food in a panic stockup with governments threatening to segregate grocery stores.  Can't quite fathom it. 
At least I know my regular grocery-shopping refrain of "HOW MUCH??" wasn't just my imagination.
