Didn’t they do all this work last year? I suppose you have to disassemble them for the winter?

Twice a year: set them up in the spring, take them down in the late autumn.  Usually I leave one up, but the weather does a number on the canvas, so I thought taking them down might coax another season out of the covers. I don't know if it makes any difference, but it's a lot of work.

The heavy lifting is done, but there's a long way to go yet.

Setting up the interior liner and floor liner takes a long time.
