The realtor that did the photos here said "You can price it to list, or you can price it to sell." Guessing the difference is the tricky bit, I guess. In 3 years of searching I have seen some utterly stupid prices on some places.
Dollhouse parts.... parts of a dollhouse you disassembled to paint, or random parts you intend to make into a dollhouse? It looks rather like the latter. Looking forward to seeing what you create.
