BBK Pirate Sophia appears to be sold out at Giantoy. The figure is still available on eBay via sellers based in China for more or less the original retail price.
Giantoy has a pre-order for a pirate-esque (or maybe a highwayman) female figure called Lady Maria:

It is rather eggspensive, as are most figures these days, and has molded hair rather than rooted hair.
Flora is indeed lovely. When you say "who made her," do you mean she is a custom as opposed to being a stock release? She looks quite elaborate. Those hair ringlets are really something, plus having roses entwined in the hair.
I do not think I have ever seen a T2 body. Those joints do not look familiar. Yes, if the custom costume is form-fitting on the body, finding a body that would work might be problematic unless you could see other bodies in-hand. Sounds like maybe a trip to PUDDLE 2027 is in order!

They're not dolls, they're action figures!
