The blossom is nearly as big as his head - if it wasn't for his ears you can barely see him.

Heh, it really does look like Toni is barely keeping in her laughter at how the rose seems bigger than poor Finn's face. I hope he got a nice sniff of it, at any rate.

Theo is very proud of himself for finishing the entire Dresden Files series, all 17 books of it, including the 2 short story collections.

Seventeen volumes! Thick ones, too, by the look of it. I guess that e+plains why he ended up needing a mechanical eye.

That's a lotta books. Quite an accomplishment to get through 17, and probably made more difficult if one is reading with only one eye
