I'm so sorry for the late feedback, but I bought a pullip doll from Cassandra, and she was wonderful and easy to deal with! Fast shipping, and when the doll wound up having some small flaws, she sent me a generous partial refund! I'm all over very happy with the deal and would recommend Cassandra as a seller to anyone!
