Cybermelli is a wonderful person to conduct a transaction with! She extremely courteous and friendly, answered my plethora of questions even after the payment had gone through, sent package out quickly and immediately sent me a tracking number, too! The Pullip I bought from her was in perfect condition, exactly as described (well, more accurately, better than described! ) ! Not to mention that she linked me to awesome photos of her girls on flickr!
