I brought my little fairies, Electra and Mischa, to the park a few days ago. <3
Electra got a lot more photos than her brother, he preferred to take in the scenery.

We almost fell in and I got some nasty bruises from putting priority on keeping her and my camera dry, but we're all good. <3
Thank you for looking!

Oh, they're so cute and both of their wings are gorgeous! I love how they have little bling on them! <3 I'm sorry you got all bruised up, but the photos are lovely! I really love the fourth photo, and the ninth one (he looks like he's glowing!) and the very last one!

Thank you!! Their wings are from Mei4Life on Etsy. I almost want to create more fairy characters just so I have an excuse to buy more wings! Or maybe a pair or two just so my normal 'human' dolls can play dressup, haha.
I think the photos were worth getting bruised up! Thank you so much!

beautiful My favourites are the 2nd pic of Electra, she has clearly spotted something VERY cool and the last photo - she looks so contented and so wise. I adore the pic of Mischa glowing. Those wings are so lovely, I have spent ages in her store but didn't come to any decisions yet. They are all so pretty !
I hope you're ok, I understand your priorities perfectly

Sorry to hear you nearly had an accident! The things we do for a photo. And you did get some good ones.

Aw, cute! I like the one of her peeking in the hole best... perfect pose and good angle. And then the one of her sitting on the edge of the little waterfall. The pink/purple wings are very cool. And so are the blue ones. And...

I think the photos were worth getting bruised up! Haha, yes, more
I find yoga is very helpful for photography. Being able to maintain balance while contorting into a weird pose over a creek or the edge of the cliff can be useful

I opened all of my short list in separate tabs and clicked back and forth till I picked my favourites, then ordered half of those

Thank you all so much! <3
Haha, I'm sure a lot of us have definitely done some crazy and dangerous stuff for photos! I'm just glad they turned out good. The last time I took a doll out there I only managed to get one moderately good shot(of course I didn't fall onto a rock that time).
The problem that I had was that I had to climb across many many rocks to go out there, and I happened to step on one that was slippery. Usually that's not a problem, but it is when you're hands are full of e ensive things like cameras and dolls, haha. I do say this is a creek, but at this part it actually does turn into more of a river and is very big and I was in the middle of it, not on the side. I don't think yoga could have saved me in this situation, but it might help for other things!
EDIT: I found a photo of the creek/river/rocks(thanks google)
This is where I was. Smack dab in the middle of this:
I had to make a short list and pick my favorites for the wings, too. xD There were quite a few I liked that didn't fit Electra or Mischa's color schemes, so I had to rule those out.

Sorry you got bruises but saving the new camera and dolls must have felt good.
I love this pairs' photos every single time. This pace looks magical just like the two of them. I love the heart on her face.

Thank you! <3 I can't wait until our botanical gardens are open again to take these two out there, I think that'll be even more magical! <3

Pretty spot! You're brave to take her out there. Easy to lose your footing in running water. I always said when hiking that it's amazing how careful you can suddenly get with your footing, with several hundred dollars' worth of camera gear strapped to your butt!
I'd love to do a photoshoot in a botanical garden.
