I love this Teresa sculpt! I have a few of them lurking around of my own. I like this one's purple pink lips with her darker skin tone. Mattel used to make some very pretty play line dolls. Now the play line dolls are mostly really boring.

Now that you mention it, Velvet's knees are quite realistic -- cute. And Teresa is pretty. Scars add character...

I'm glad you guys like Teresa! She's still pretty special to me, especially because she was the doll my mom usually played with when playing Barbies with me.
I had a lot of the 'blonde blue eyed clones', but the more unique dolls have always been my favorites. xD You can probably already tell I'm a bigger fan of all of Barbie's friends than herself.
Speaking of Barbie herself.....

Here is a very quick, grainy, blurry-ish shelf photo where you can physically see the dust on her, of my Barbie Snow Globe from 2000. She is sitting in a chair watching a globe, illustrating how, by that point, she had already taken over the earth.

"... had already taken over the Earth!" So true, so true! But then, I think Barbie would make a reasonably benevolent dictator, so perhaps it's not so bad. We might have to get used to seeing a lot of brilliant pink, though.

she is beautiful DN. I probably sounded really rude & I apologise. I think my daughter is much the same age as you so you were probably loving the same dolls
I only meant that they are not to my taste. This girl, though, is. Lovely face & hair

Ha, yes, I'd tolerate a lot of pink if Barbie was in charge of the world... or at least certain parts of it.
I had to google this one. Her face is pretty too.

Thank you guys!
So I haven't posted for a few days because I wasn't home. I went to a friend's house for her birthday, and I had planned on taking a photo of her three Pullips each of the days, but that never happened.
So, instead, I think I have the perfect candidates for three photos in a row, the Wizard of Oz Living Dead Doll Mini Munchkins I got today at a comic store!

Oh, those Munchkins are horrifying (in a fun way)
The Snowglobe Barbie is lovely too.

Day 57:

My original Noir, Echo. I did take this photo on the right day, thank you very much!
I've mentioned it before, but Noir was my grail from the moment I saw her, and she was one of the first Pullips I saw. Regeneration Noir was what got me back into collecting after stopping for a few years because I was able to obtain her, and I'm very happy to have both of them with me now.

Your Noir Pullip is fantastic, and I love the entire series of photos with the dreary, wintery landscape.
Your Sailor Scout figure inspired my Doll A Day photo today!

Congratulations on your tenth Pullip-versary! The years have not dimmed the cheerful radiance of your little friend!
I understand how important a day like this can be. I celebrated the tenth birthday of my Pinky-Street friends a couple of years ago.
Also, congratulations on completing the second month of A Doll A Day!

Cute photos I like Neeki with her little candles. And the botanical garden sounds nice. Sigh... I see flowers blooming already?!

Those Living Dead Doll Munchkins are something else! I think my LDD Zombie Cheerleader would like to meet them sometime. Beautiful Neeki is just as lovely as she was 10 years ago.
