my last 1/5 scale girl from a decade ago, right before i shifted focus to the 1/6 OBITSU BODY-based girls i now concentrate upon.

here she wears a full Victorian-style ensemble, -minus a Corset- that i had found on a porcelain Easter gift doll the better part of 20 years ago,
and have long since altered significantly to properly fit Shaorin here. all underpinnings are custom hand made by me;

Haha I sometimes salvage bits and bobs from porcelain dolls, too. It can vary, of course, but since of their stock is REALLY well-made for the price and would've been a pain to sew.

thank you, dress goes way back, all the way to my first Anime doll of the very early 2000's, "Princess Ayeka Masaki Jurai" from the Anime "Tenchi Muyo!"

Shao up there wears it far better though, IMO anyway;
