Oh no, I'm so sorry for your loss! I'd like to say something incredibly therapeutic, but nothing comes to mind... I hope you'll feel better soon!

Ah, I'm so sorry to hear! I can imagine you had wonderful times together with all the toy adventures. I hope in time that those happy memories make the loss a little easier to carry.
Hugs and sympathy! Quote:“Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go” ~ Jamie Anderson

Thank you, everybody, for your kind words and thoughts.
3 April 2019 – Danny's Deep Sea Diver Another repost, this time from my 26 August 2018 A Doll A Day Project. This little plastic deep sea diver belonged to my brother. He bought it at a gift shop along the Oregon coast during a vacation trip with my grandparents when we were very young. I'm not handling things very well. I'm sorry. I don't mean to burden the forum with my sadness. I'll try to get back to "normal posts" tomorrow.
They're not dolls, they're action figures!

I do seem to remember a group of curious little vintage figures from your last ADAD thread, and the deep sea diver was one of them.
You're not bothering anyone! We have the ability to grieve for a reason, so allow yourself to feel what you need to feel, otherwise you won't get over it. We'll send more hugs!

I do remember the deep sea diver too. He’s still cool.

The Deep sea diver is cool. He looks a bit worried in his helmey.
You're not bothering anyone. Give yourself timr

He's neat. And it's a nice way to remember your brother, showing his toys here.
One thing I appreciate about the doll community is how supportive people are, so, yeah, you're among friends. People don't always share much RL stuff here but it's nice to know you can, when you need to. It's OK.

4 April – Your Pocket Pal - Always a Friend Little black & white plush bear, about 4 inches / 10 centimeters tall. Left behind by one of the recent guests in our vacation rental unit. I have been unable to find any information about "Your Pocket Pal" online that resembles this little creature.
They're not dolls, they're action figures!

He looks like he's been through a lot of pockets, but his face is cute and cheerful!

The little bear looks a cheerful chap

Aw. At least the little bear got left in a home with other toys. Maybe he'll amass a clique of adoring Pinkys?
