Fascinating... in a horrifying sort of way.

She may be better off alone, considering the socialization options around here.

The Internet service was down yesterday afternoon, so I was unable to post. But I did snap a photo:

Beautiful Isi!

Yay for educational toys! Although I'd prefer less cheerful colors...

LOL Cheeky one, that Kenna. A worthy addition to The Dungeon!

ISI is beautiful, such a pity she was towards the end of the run and didn’t get the love she should have.

Educational and fun! What’s not to want??

Isi is so stunning, I'm sad I missed her... Might nosy on eBay.

Also: GET THE BRAIN. Wednesday says that while it's not an actual human one, it could prove useful.

Poor Eos... she looks a little lonely there... or else, she's going to get up to something in that shed and is hoping you don't look in on her for a while.... LOL Isi looks ready for outdoor adventures. Ew to the squishy brain... and Kenna better watch her back if he gets loose LOL

15 September – Janie (Smart Doll Harmony) makes plans... which is pointless, as any
plans are certain to go awry (as she soon discovered)

16 September – Invasion of the Giant Descendants!

17 September – Damage Inspection

You're kidding me, right?

Today started out with one of the little spring bars that hold the watch strap on my wristwatch falling out and disappearing. Annoying, but no big deal.

Then there was a ginormous effing rattlesnake in the yard. Like, it would have been easy to accidentally step on because of its camouflage coloring, but not so easy to step on because it was so freakin' huge!.

(Rattlesnakes, for those of you who do not live in North America, are venomous pit vipers. Highly venomous, in the case
of the Western Diamondback, which of course is the variety found around here.)

Then the auto repair shop informed us that the air conditioning compressor in our 2015 Subaru Forester is failing, and that repairing it will cost around $1100 USD.

Then, as we were driving home from the auto repair shop, a ginormous... because today seems to be a day for ginormous wildlife... mule deer crashed in to our car! I was driving, but no, I did not hit the deer; the deer hit the car, caving in the rear door and the rear fender on the driver's side.

The deer appeared to be okay, it kind of bounced off the car and just kept going, leaping over a fence and disappearing in to the woods.

Oh no!!
That's awful!! I've hit deer twice and I wasn't going very fast. Scratches & broken headlight. That looks pretty major sad I hope you can get it fixed without too much hassle (& that your insurance covers deer...?) (Maybe Janie will help; looks like she's on the job.)
Yikes, the rattler is scary. I've heard they'd rather avoid you than get into a confrontation, but as you say, when you can't see it ... eeep Oh My
Friday the 13th is over, dude.
I hope the rest of the week is better!

Yeah, not quite as adorable as your little green snake friend.

Fortunately, most rattlesnakes would rather avoid people. This one slithered off in to the sagebrush. Usually after I see one I make a point of stomping around and making as much noise as possible. That usually is enough to drive them away.

The insurance company says they will cover the incident. We shall see.

Brrrrr! Rattlesnakes, yikes! Yes, Australia does have more venomous snakes than anywhere else in the world, but most of them don’t venture into the suburbs, except for the tiger snake, but as as you keep your lawn mowed you don’t get them either. Plus we have kookaburras who regularly prey on snakes.

Well, I'm glad to know you're alive and in one piece! Some days it just seems that the whole world set out to kill us, doesn't it? The last photo is brilliant, great use of not so great event!
