Day 158

One of my favorite toys when I was a kid was LEGO. I still have a few things left, for example, two LEGO Technic Roboriders. This one is Frost.

Day 159

My other RoboRider is Swamp.





Given her name and swamp theme, Honey would be an obvious choice to model with this one, but I think Venus matches the colors and the badassitude of the rider better.

Venus does fit so perfectly with Swamp, but I agree Honey would have worked well as well. Venus seems to be disinterested in a cool way. Swamp looks very badass

Colour wise it works with Venus better as she’s brighter. But Honey has the same colours but more muted I think.

Cool how you were able to enhance the greens to make them almost fluorescent! Venus' hair looks quite lovely when it is nicely brushed... something that I cannot claim to have ever seen in my version of Venus.

I actually had to tone the greens down, my phone just makes these shades look way more neon-y than they are. They're still really vivid IRL, though. Not downright fluorescent, but very intensive. Also, the photos always look different on my phone screen and on my monitor, so it's kinda hit or miss when it comes to how colors look in my photos. I'm doing my best, but sometimes it just doesn't work out.
