That's certainly a lovely face sculpt, and the body style looks like it is great for a display doll, but perhaps not so much for a play doll.

I know that comments like 'OMG she's gorgeous!' and similarly generic gushing are both overdone and not very descriptive regarding the specific appeal of an image, but... OMG she's gorgeous!
In this case, with a figure this attractive, a simple, no-frills portrait approach is all that is required to achieve a dramatic impact. That said, there is considerable artistry behind the apparent simplicity, as a closer examination of the posing, the lighting, and the subtle reflection in the eyes demonstrate.
A more complete response, then, would be: OMG! What a gorgeous photograph of a gorgeous figure!
