Janie and Triv replace some deteriorating wooden deck planks

NOTE: Pesky "real world" work has kept me busy this past week. More carpentry assistance with the neighbor... which is not nearly as much fun as working with Triv and Janie; and sometimes less productive, as well. He's coming back this next weekend to do more, and then again later in the month... or so he says... so my online presence may be sporadic. Eggspect another "catch-up photo dump" at some point.
