Bad communication. I constantly had to ask her about the status of the items that I purchased (3 handmade lolita dresses). She told me that she'd ship my package ASAP after Christmas, so I said (December 24) to tell me when it's shipped. A week later, I had to message her again asking about the shipment and she told me that the package had been posted ages ago. A week later after receiving that message, I finally got the package in the mail.
The package was post marked a week after Christmas even though she told me she'd send it ASAP.

I'm leaving a neutral for the time spent until she shipped the package, and the few messages I sent that she never replied to. But I'm not leaving a negative because I did get the dresses and they were what I asked for. In any event, my girls all like their dresses and they say thank you for them. Thanks.

I think this is a fair write up. Christmas got on top of me, and time flew away with itself. (though to say bad communication isn't 100% correct, I actually didn't recieve one or two of your messages.)
