OK. Not gonna pretend I get what is going on, but he looks pretty swanky!

To elain it simply, the Master is doing something very awful, but looking very good doing it. 

Choosing just the right outfit when destroying a planet can be such a challenge!

It really can - and he has such high standards for this sort of thing.

I still think this guy looks quite cheerful, and rather too friendly to be destroying planets.  

That's exactly what he wants people thinking.

I knew the Doctor Who knowledge Lejays gave me would come in handy one day!

Doctor Who knowledge is always useful!
