It's really hard to tell from that promo, even zoomed large. I've never seen this release at TM, either.

There are actually 3 sailor-themed ones I've found thus far: https://dollwiki.wordpress.com/category/sailor-style/

I thought it was Ai like 愛, Japanese pronunciation, "ah-ee", something like "eye" with a long e sound on the end in English.

I see it literally spelled with the kanji for love on Japanese pages, but I think I've also seen it as A.I. on some products... It's probably meant to have a double meaning (love, and artificial intelligence.)

I finally posted up a review of Tsubaki last night!
http://pullipsandjunk.com/2015/10/03/tin...l-tsubaki/ Blue Elfkin is one of the harder to find Ai Dolls, I honestly feel like it may just be a difference in the face up style rather than the sculpt with her. I have one of the Pullip books and it has information on the Ai Dolls, it does single out Bee Balm as having a new face sculpt but there is nothing special mentioned about Blue Elfkin.
Pang-ju dolls by the same company apparently use the exact same eyes, and they can be interchanged.
The interior: Pang-ju wearing Hybrid Statice's stock eyeballs: By the way reinserting their eyes and eyemech without using the greasy eye-putty they come with is NOT a horrible dilemma like with their cousins, Ai Dolls. There's a peg system to make it far easier and more secure.

I have not been able to put eyes back in Ais with the eye holder and get them lined up properly. It's easier to use eye putty, from my bjd stash, not the greasy stuff that comes with them.

You focus on matching the gap at the top onto the magnet peg thing and ignore the rest. It can be done, but it was months of fussing with ai dolls before it finally made sense.
