I'm not a big Sailor Moon fan, but Princess Small Lady Dal seems like a pretty good representation of her character.

Her faceup is simple. Her pearl and flower accents are a nice touch.

If you are a Sailor Moon fan, I think you'll like her, and if you are a Dal fan you'll like her if you plan to leave her stock. The moon on her faceup reduces her versatility out of her stock.
