I made payment for jpop pink synthetic mohair wig on Feb 24 2009, 05:29 PM.
On Mar 5 2009, 08:32 PM I had not received the item so I asked whether it had been shipped.
On Mar 7 2009, 12:46 PM she replied and said it was packaged and ready to be shipped.
On Mar 16 2009, 05:50 PM I still had not received the package or a ship date, so I asked again whether it had been shipped to me. After no reply, I sent another message on Mar 26 2009, 08:43 PM asking about whether it had been shipped.
Mar 27 2009, 10:45 AM I asked again, and then opened an inquiry at paypal.
March 29, I escalated the inquiry to a dispute for a refund and received it in full.

Payment was made for the can can gold blue jojo wig on Feb 24 2009.
On Mar 7 2009, The wig had not arrived so I pm'd here on the board to ask if it had been shipped. She responded and said that it was packaged and would go out "really soon." I then asked her to let me know when it shipped so I could watch for it. We have a lazy mailman. No other communication was received after this. I sent another PM a couple days later to ask for shipping information and offer to wait a couple days for a response before going to file a claim with paypal.
On Mar 16 2009 I had not received a wig or a response so I opened a dispute with Paypal.
On Mar 18 2009 She responded to comments the paypal dispute and offered to send an immediate refund.
The refund was processed by paypal and I received it in full.

I adopted Jolie Dal and got a really good deal! The doll was in perfect condition and she came with a whole dolly wardrobe (some stock pieces/outfit) and free shipping.
