I did a trade with birdie and everything was excellent! She shipped on time and the dolls arrived quickly (4 days from Norway to Canada... some kind of record, I'm sure) and packaged well with a lot of great extras. Birdie is wonderful to deal with, great communication and very nice & friendly! I'd recommend her to anyone.
