And putting the doll together is actually pretty simple. ![]() ![]() For actual customizing and working on the faceup, for the most part it wasn't too hard and again, took a lot of patience. If you make a mistake, it should be easy to remove with a magic eraser and try again, so long as you don't use things like permanent markers, or anything with oil in them. You definitely want things that are oil-free, like chalk pastels, watercolor pencils, oil-free makeup (yes, you can use real makeup if you'd like!) and water-based acrylic paints. ![]() I also suggest checking out these links to help give you a better idea on how customizing and putting together a Pullip is done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLiE5R2qY0k https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZueBDeskweo This is a great guide too for people who are working on their first faceup: http://pullipsandjunk.com/2013/11/13/how...ed-part-1/ http://pullipsandjunk.com/2013/11/15/how...-2-reveal/ Sorry this was such a long reply, but I do hope this was helpful, and I do think customizing your own MIO is so worth it and lots of fun, so I really hope you decide to try it out! ![]() |
