Yes. You can indeed sell your reservation to someone else if you can't go. And while the Premium gift bags are better, the Standard bags are good too (the ones you'll get if you register and pay after 12/31). Last year's Standard bags were equal to Premium bags from many years! And everyone gets to choose a door prize, no matter when you register.
We have 86 attendees so far, and can accommodate about 140.
