She is a Fairyland Pukifee, but yes she is as tiny as Latis that Hina collects. They are pretty much same size.

Yeah these sets are from the elf on the shelf toy. They sold the raincoat outfit, a robe outfit with super cute little white boots which I didn't see in my target Xmas clearance  . And I think a cheerleader outfit too. They went down to 90% off if you could find some.

Many Targets donate clearance that doesn't sell to Goodwill, so if they're no longer in your stores they may show up there?
