Well, here we go again, with another new crew member. The mini forces have probably reached critical strength to take over the world by now...
Being in love with all things Hawaiian, I've looked at this little hula girl more than once in the past. She decided to follow Marie in coming from Mandy Lynne's house to join us.
She's happy to have arrived at a place with a beach.
...even though it's not a warm beach for very long.
Isn't she cute. Her eyes are dark dark almost-black green.
E
loring the big beach in the late sun.
"Hmm, what's this?... a log... can I dance on this...?"
Yes!
Mahalo for looking

Awww... She looks right at home on the beach, there!
I love her little Hawaiian outfit!
The final shot, the semi-silhouette, is great; she looks like she is dancing a traditional hula.
They're not dolls, they're action figures!

She’s a cutie! I wonder how she’ll handle the cold winter?

she is so cute, I too love the last photo especially. She will need to add a winter outfit to her wardrobe but I'm sure she will be fine. What's her name?

Thank you! Just what I was going for. I was thinking of the cover of Keali'i Reichel's "Kawaipunahele" (even though he's on a mountainside and not on a beach
).

Probably like the rest of us... huddle inside and grumble.
Although she looks too sweet to grumble much. Just a quiet sigh, perhaps.

It might be my favourite photo too. So far, I'm using her stock name, Aloalo, which is apparently, among other things, a hibiscus, or, favored child. I like to give them names with the same letter as the stock name, and I haven't found anything else Hawaiian that seems to suit her.

Keali'i Reichel was super popular when I first moved to Hawaii! Yes, I can see the resemblance to the album cover!

Great posing with a mini, especially one of the old style ones! And the light is really gorgeous, too.

Thanks, everyone. I was really happy to find that she's cuter in person than in some of the stock photos I'd seen. Alas, it's not really going to be outdoor-hula weather anymore...
