Wow, they really are the Mean Girls in your crew, aren't they. Poor Blue. Her ex-pression and pose are great -- you can feel her annoyance. I feel kinda sorry for her. I'd like to see what she comes up with for a new look.
Can't remember if I was looking the other day on my teeny phone screen or not but I only just clued in that the guitar has those little cross-bones. Ha! Maybe she needs a piratey look. What does pirate-metal music sound like....?

13 April – Carly Casts a Long Shadow

Has iCarly Fashion Switch Carly appeared yet in ADAD 2021? I don't remember, but here she is now; or again. Whatever.

Well, that's a neat lighting effect! I'm curious how many takes to get the camera to do what you wanted!

Love the ending of tge comic. The two girls really were totally awful to Blue. But I do like her potential new Opera look.

Well, that's a neat lighting effect!  I'm curious how many takes to get the camera to do what you wanted!

Carly and my little Panasonic point-n-shoot camera work pretty well together. The tricky part was lining up the shot so the sun glare spot was not overpowering but not entirely blocked.

It does look like she is emerging from backstage with a dramatic tracking spotlight, doesn't it?

15 April – Integrity Toys Dynamite Girls Spooky Sooki

Sooki had a chance to get away. She could have escaped via eBay, but despite being priced at a very reasonable price, she chose to stay.

While Dynamite Girls have been discontinued, Integrity Toys have recently resurrected the Sooki character with a new limited edition as part of their The Industry line. She can be found on the secondary market at prices between $400 and $500 USD.

Yeah, doll prices are becoming insane. Apparently there's a market for what amount to $400 Barbie dolls.

Two techniques to the lighting:
1) Set the ex-posure compensation on the camera to -1-2/3 stops and spot meter off the highlights.
2) Single point light source (in this instance an inex-pensive desk lamp) and a reflector to somewhat fill in the shadows (I used the glossy side of a cardboard breakfast cereal box).
