Those are all very cute. Shadow and doggy friend look like they're off a book cover -- some fantasy novel about a wanderer and his faithful magic pet. or something 
Boo, the outtakes are funny. I have trouble getting my fur child to pose well with dolls.
We're living in a little bubble of denial at the moment... the fact that she isn't really "acting sick" makes me want to believe the vet is wrong and she doesn't have cancer
... Our only option is a clinic 5 1/2 hours away. I don't know if it would be fair to put her through some traumatic surgery AND the travel. Until the consulting vet gets back from vacation, we're carrying on in a cautious little state of denial.
