"The PrettyTiny Film Company first property recon team has just returned from another foray.  Herewith, we present a selection of bad snapshots taken in poor light, freezing wind, and moving cars.  Yay!"



"Mum won this back-roads atlas in a gas station giveaway years ago.  It's been indispensable for cross-countrying PEI."



"On the road again... Unfortunately not at all as fun as the song."






"Not sure if this is 'winter wheat' or what, but it was nice to see some fields so green here at the dreary end of November."



"We even found a haunted house for sale!  Complete with glassless upper window and a shred of curtain blowing like a ghost.  We couldn't find a listing for it -- maybe it's ex.pired and they didn't take the sign down."



"Panmure Island lighthouse.  The light on the road was fabulously red and we got here just in time for the last of it on the lighthouse top."



"A perfect alignment of setting sun and lighthouse window!"



"Lost our daylight, again."



"At the far end of the narrow road are signs about private property and 'no semi trucks'.  We can't imagine why a semi truck would be down here... but anyway.  It was VERY windy on the beach so we hid behind an old piling on the remains of this wharf."



"Another day we went to Souris, way east.  Behind us is the ferry to the Magdalen Islands.  Mum says, 'someday'."



"On the beach we found a little lost sandpiper all alone and very late migrating.  And Mum concluded this is too far from things."



"Alas, the trip was a bust.  The house Mum went to look at needs soooo much work and (of COURSE) is not in as good condition as the listing suggested.  The other one she saw was nicer but the layout just wouldn't work.
"So here we are, heading back over the bridge on a gloomy evening that matches our mood.  Blaaah."



"Back in the ferry lineup (did we mention we're Overrr Ittt?) with nothing to show but a few hundred bucks' worth of Airbnb and gas bills and five nights of inadequate sleep."
