We get a few snowstorms a winter, although often the wind goes around the compass and it might melt soon.  In this case, not.  And we do tend to get rain when the mainland gets snow, often.  The water is just reaching its coldest around now, assuming the patterns I learned about years ago are still happening, and it won't reach its warmest till the end of summer.  So of course that means cold late springs.
And yes, I VERY often remind myself that I am able-bodied enough to go out and bitch about the snow and cold.

Marilyn got a spa day after I finally got fed up with her messy hair.  Then she got a photoshoot.  She looks much neater.  Yay!
