What a regrettably large head you have. I would very much like to hat it. I used to hat The White Queen, you know.

you bought a clone - i can tell you that - there usually around the price you bought - so yes you got what you paid for but if you were looking for a real blythe you waisted your money - but these dolls are good for customizing if thats what you wanted to do

Yeah, she's definately a clone!

I'd ask for a refund or report the person if they sold her to you claiming she's a genuine Blythe.

Customizing sounds good then I won't feel so guilty if I mess up. The seller did not claim she was a real Blythe, he stated she was (Blythe like) to cover his A** on eBay.

Thanks

just a word of advice if you plan to carve out her mouth - the plastic is very thin so you might end up with a hole if you go to deep

actually she is a really cute doll for a clone, but also there are much cheaper clones available on ebay...I think its quite expensive for a clone...
I have a few clones and I customized some of them too...I always carved their lips and I never got a hole...my experiences are that the plastic was not so thin as stated before...when you carve you can always look against a light to see how thick or thin the plastic is...
my experiences with customizing clones are really good, they are strong enough to stand a lot of changes...good luck with her!!

I bought my first Basaak (clone Blythe) for £20 but they are now going for £35 + postage, so maybe you didn't pay too much. For a Blythe in a good state you'd be looking more at $80 + shipping as a minimum. Anything less, then she is a bad bait, or not the real thing!
