Yay for freeing her! I love grumpy gothy dolls, so I like Emily, eventhough I don't feel like I have to have her. I hope you'll be able to find the doll before davidd snatches them all (although he seems to be preoccupied with Amelias, so you might still have a fair chance)

What a funny request for a seller to make. All the same, as someone who never keeps dolls in packages, I like it. Wouldn’t it be great if more sellers everywhere offered such discounts!

There is a grumpy goth girl rag doll I've seen on Amazon - her name is Luna - that I am eyeing up because I have a thing for goth dolls. Emily is just one of those characters that I've seen for so long, and when I saw the figure I was just YES PLEASE. Hence my reaction to the doll. Also to be fair davidd has more chance of finding the dolls than I do because a lot of them are situated in the US. But there's not been any on eBay in so long.

Honestly, some sellers are conventions will make deals based on the silliest of things - I had someone once give me free hair ties just because. I think that one came about because we were talking about how Toy Story made us feel guilty about leaving things in the box.

199. F is for Faith



The other Slayer! Actually the more badass one who got a very compelling character arc. In the doll verse, she's been seeing Ivanna who is a freelance monster hunter.

I only know Buffy and Spike, so I have no idea about this character, but she definitely looks dauntless.

Faith was a genuine badass. All I can say is 5 x 5.

She doesn’t look as much like Faith as the other one looks like Buffy.

She will still kick everyone’s butt though!

200. Day 200!



The 200th day of the year! And since I am lacking on big ideas for what to show on this, I decided to go for something that isn't likely to be seen in any of my photos - Olivia and Basil interacting. They get on pretty well, though!

Olivia and Basil do appear to get on very well. Perhaps their interactions will become more frequent after this.

Day 200? Another milestone! YAY! Congratulations for sticking with ADAD... again!

They do look like they'd get along! They both share laid-back nature and the same taste in fashion.

They might re-appear in ADAD. I think the A to Z recurring method has helped me to keep going this year. Here's hoping I stick it out the rest of the year.

He did find it a bit odd to be picked up by the big girl, but he was okay after a minute or two. 

Its when I see shots like this that I realise how big Olivia is in comparison with the other dolls.
