Marvelous brown sweater. It looks very cozy.

I remember that background! It’s the fence that totally had me convinced that a photo from several weeks ago was taken inside a greenhouse. Then once you ex.plained what the background actually was, I couldn’t believe how my eyes and brain had been so off the mark. (This time the fence looks like a fence.)

Is this a “not in your garden” picture? The autumn tones are very different to the lush flowers.

Backyard instead of front The front has the flowers (and the faux graveyard at Halloween), the back has the tomatoes, the little pine tree that the dolls can "climb," and the massive one that James is posing beneath.

Week forty-seven

She's got both a bewitching and a beguiling look. I really like her jumper. I seem to like all of the knitwear your dolls have.

Yes, it's some kind of evergreen... everything else is properly brown and icky, as evidenced by the prize picture I took for the Dal House Forum on the same day.

 I really like her jumper. I seem to like all of the knitwear your dolls have.

It's a Christmas sweater ornament I got at Target for $3. She's wearing it backwards because the front is super-gaudy (as Christmas sweaters are...).

If she were real and this were junior high school, she'd be so far out of my league I never would have even spoken to her, but I'd have been majorly mega-crushing secretly from afar.

Week Forty-eight
Still a week behind... took half a dozen photos of Hattie chilling on the wreath, and every single one came out blurry... urgh. So I'm going with the least blurry. And 23hq has been a mess for me all month and takes forever to upload pictures.

The last few photos are very pretty.

I like how Hattie is looking up at the bird, even if it’s a bit blurry.

I hear you with the limping to the finish line this challenge - I just don’t seem to have the spare time to take nice photos at the moment.

I can very much relate to settling for the “least blurry” photo. Recently it seems that I cannot hold the camera steady. I also end up snapping pics at nigh in dim light, which doesn’t help.

In your wreath pic, however, the slight softness in the pic adds to the nostalgic holiday feel. I like it!
