After the rain comes puddles - and rainbows! The theme for the 2014 Pullip and Dal Doll Lovers Event will be rainbows. Seven colors for seven years of PUDDLE! Rainbows received twice as many votes as the next highest theme in the survey. PUDDLE 2014 will take place in Chicago. Two-thirds of those who voted chose Chicago. (The next highest location was San Francisco, with 17% of the vote.)
We have not yet chosen the date. It will either be June 7 or June 14, which tied in the voting. Updates to come.

Rainbows seems to have a lot of possibilities. Maybe if I start on a custom outfit now, I'll have it finished by next June.

Oooh, maybe, just *maybe*, I might be able to come!!  If it had been voted for San Fransisco, there would have been no way I could make it.  And rainbows... Sounds fun!

Yay, rainbows! I love rainbows. Chicago is also doable for me. I hope I'm able to make it in 2014!

I'll be sorry if you can't make it, Mandy. The problem is, someone can't make it every weekend! And since we held PUDDLE the weekend of Father's Day this year, I'm leaning toward not holding it Father's Day weekend in 2014.

Rainbows is a perfect theme! I really wish I could attend Puddle one year.
Never been to US either, it could be fun to visit Chicago and Puddle.

Chicago is very easy to travel to and from because of the two large airports. This is part of why we keep it in Chicago instead of moving it around! I hope we do get some distant international attendees this year - we usually have a handful of Canadians and everyone else is American.

There was totally a couple from....I think Japan, but I could be totally wrong. They were most defiantly Asian, and English wasn't their first language. I don't think they hung round very long though.
