i really don't see her as 'gothic lolita' i see her more as just kinda 'victorian goth' if she was more frilly and intricate i could see the lolita and lir's series as 'victorian' so to me it works.

imagine it black, you have the lace trim to go with noir's kinda frilled trim, lose the ribbons and bows and you have a really neat victorian styled coat with awesome boots/socks, and a kinda weird hat lol that would work really well with noir's stock with a few additions like a chain with cross and more gothy bits

I think her interest is in the skintone, not the outfit. The promos for MIO Isul in Natural skintone show Nostalgic Lir as an example of the same skintone:
