This is Grace. Gran Via had been on my list for a while. She's quite different from some of the other J's, with her tan skin, short hair and little curl. Her dress is just, well, goofy. It's all bunched up in a wad at the back, and very tight around the legs. I don't hate the type 3 body as much as I thought I would -- I like that rotating torso! -- but I'd still like to find her some more poseable arms. I don't know if there's even a match for her colour...?

Meet Blue, my precious alien! I made her this outfit, it was just by chance I had silk on hand that matched the galaxy print of her shirt so perfectly. I learned that I can make two pullip or Isul sized tshirts from one spoonflower fabric swatch.
Blue is a rechipped & rewigged Lunatic Queen who used to live at Fishy's house!
There will be more pictures. I'm a little obsessed with her!

Congratulations everyone on your beautiful new dollies! Severity, I really like that blue wig on Blue, I never would have thought of putting Lunatic Queen in a wig that color! I'm surprised at how well she pulls that off. :3 and I also think you did great on the shirt! I can't sew to save my life, so I think it's amazing that you can make clothes for your dolls!

I plan on changing out her wig and eyes and making her look more like a wandering spirit.

They really are, I thought stock photos were pretty unflattering for Pullips, but it seems like they're even more so for Ai dolls. I didn't really notice just how adorable they were until I got my friend one and saw the pictures she took of her Nerine! It got me looking into them more, and I found there were actually quite a few that I really liked. :3

Surprisingly, Seila's hair doesn't seem to be as bad as I thought it might be, but I do tend to handle her a bit more gingerly than a lot of my other dolls because God forbid that her curls get snagged in anything and get ruined. O_O That seems to be the biggest worry I have regarding her wig. ^^; She really is beautiful though, and I'm so glad I have her after putting her off for quite some time. And thank you so much~!
